Saturday in the Park

Perfect day, 70s with beautiful sunshine.  Breakfast at the rec hall of sausage gravy over biscuits, OJ and coffee, yummo.  Ron passed and ate at home but I enjoyed a couple helpings of food and conversations with Carol and Ed and Sharon (who retired last spring but came back for the grub) and Donna and others stopping by our table on their way in and out.  Richards, the chef, donned a chef's had and shirt to fit the part.  Richard fries up the sausage days in advance making your taste buds pop when you walk into the rec hall.
Ate so well we forgot lunch, well maybe I ate so well and forgot to suggest lunch.  Ron finished up his work bench for the shed.  It looks great and it even fits.  As you can see below.  I positioned my chair in the shade of the shed and then the tree in the next space as warranted and did some knitting but mostly talked to people as they stopped by on their way in or out of the park.
Really glad to see Wayne and Fran and learn that they'll be moving into their own place in the park on Monday.  They'll be an asset to the south end.  (That's were all the snowbirds stay).
